These Terms & Policies apply to all services, memberships, packages, and therapeutic products offered by Mountain Medicine Integrative Wellness Center.

Acknowledgment

  • By booking or purchasing services, memberships, packages, or products, you acknowledge and agree to Mountain Medicine’s Terms & Policies.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any massage appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in:

    • For members & packages: forfeiture of the session benefit

    • For single sessions: full charge of the service

  • This policy helps us respect our providers’ time and maintain availability for all patients.

Appointment Timing

  • Massage appointments include 5 minutes at the beginning and end of the scheduled time for intake, changing of clothes, therapist preparation, and post-treatment recommendations. Hands-on treatment time may vary slightly depending on arrival time and clinical needs.

  • Late arrivals will be treated within the remaining scheduled time and appointments will not be extended.

Professional Conduct

  • All massage services are therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in permanent dismissal from the clinic without refund.

Therapeutic Products & Supplements

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened therapeutic products, supplements, or wellness items.

  • Unopened products may be eligible for return or exchange at the discretion of the clinic

  • All product sales are considered final once opened

  • Please speak with our team prior to purchase if you have questions about a product.


Memberships (General)

  • Memberships are designed to support consistency and continuity of care.

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment period, followed by automatic month-to-month renewal until cancelled in accordance with the membership agreement

  • Membership dues are billed automatically to the payment method on file

  • Membership services are non-refundable and non-transferable

Use of Membership Sessions

  • Unused membership sessions may roll over only while the membership remains active and in good standing

  • All unused sessions immediately expire upon cancellation or termination

  • Membership sessions must be used while the membership is active


Cancellation of Membership

  • Memberships may be cancelled after completion of the minimum commitment period

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for unused membership sessions

Freeze Policy

  • Memberships may be frozen once per calendar year

  • Freeze duration may be approved for up to six (6) total months

  • During a freeze:

    • Billing is paused

    • Membership sessions may not be used

  • Memberships automatically reactivate at the end of the approved freeze period


Pricing Changes

  • Membership pricing may be updated with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing members may be transitioned or grandfathered in accordance with written notice and their agreement terms.


Packages

  • Packages are prepaid bundles of services.

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • All package sessions expire one (1) year from the date of purchase

  • Expired sessions are forfeited and cannot be extended

  • Package sessions are subject to the same appointment timing and cancellation policies as all services.

Availability & Scheduling

  • Appointment availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Memberships and packages provide preferred access but do not guarantee specific appointment times, dates, or providers.
